Mark Arvé brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience across Texas, Oklahoma, California, and surrounding markets. He has personally signed and supervised valuations ranging from single-tenant industrial assets to institutional-grade properties with values exceeding $100 million.
He holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in Texas, Oklahoma, and California, along with four advanced professional designations: MAI, AI-GRS, CCIM, and ASA. These credentials reflect extensive peer review, technical expertise, and a sustained commitment to professional excellence.
Beyond valuation practice, Mark is committed to advancing the appraisal profession through leadership and service. He serves as Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee of the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, progressing through the chapter's leadership succession with the anticipated presidency in 2029. He also serves on the Chapter's Board of Directors and on the national Real Property Committee of the American Society of Appraisers. Previously, he chaired the North Texas Chapter's Education Committee, helping shape educational programming and support the development of appraisal professionals.
Mentorship remains a cornerstone of Mark's career. He has guided more than a dozen trainees through state certification and completion of the MAI designation. His work is grounded in disciplined analysis, market-supported conclusions, and an unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate valuation.
